1. What is Villaged?
MamieBloom organizes meals, visits, and household help during the first 14 days after a baby arrives so the recovering parent does not have to coordinate it
2. Who is this for?
Families expecting a baby who already have friends, relatives, or paid helpers willing to support them but need a clear plan for how that help should work
3. Does the recovering parent have to manage this?
No. The Point Person handles the activation form, planning call, and coordination so the recovering parent can focus on healing and the baby
4. Who is the Point Person?
A partner, friend, or loved one who helps coordinate support for the household
5. What happens after I purchase?
The Point Person receives the activation form and books the 15-minute planning call. After the call, Villaged builds the 14-day Support Plan
6. When will we receive the plan?
Within 48 hours after the planning call
7. What exactly do we receive?
A structured 14-day support schedule, helper task list, visit guidelines, coordination message scripts, and a system the household can continue using beyond the first 14 days
8. Do you provide doulas, nannies, or childcare?
No. Villaged organizes support you already have. If you are hiring paid help, we help define how that support should fit into the plan
9. Is this only for the first 14 days?
Villaged organizes the first 14 days and gives your household the structure to continue scheduling support beyond that
10. What if plans change after the baby arrives?
The plan includes flexibility, and there is a short adjustment window to refine the schedule if needed
11. What is the refund policy?
Because planning begins immediately and the service involves customized digital delivery, all sales are final once activation has been submitted
